After getting inspired while helping a UX Studio with their growth strategy, I spent most of 2018 researching how Design Thinking methodologies can be applied to strategy-making activities in organisations.

 

Misconceptions are still the biggest barriers to implementing a design mindset. But there are design tools that can be used to work with your organisation when developing your strategy.
